Outdoor sculpture in Montreal, summer 2017

If you were in Montreal for the 375th anniversary this summer you may have seen the excellent outdoor sculpture exhibit called La Ballade de la Paix on Sherbrooke Street. These interesting art trees were located next to the McCord Museum of Canadian History on Rue Victoria, which is short one-way street closed to vehicular traffic. Just add some bright red picnic tables, and red paint to define the sitting area and you a great place to stop and observe the frenetic pace of Sherbrooke Street. I noticed it became of popular spot to eat lunch or have a coffee.
