MARK GLADYSZ
A registered professional planner, Mark Gladysz RPP, OPPI has over 30 years of experience in city planning in a variety of municipalities across Ontario. Mark has extensive experience in the areas of land development, policy writing, intensification, urban design, infrastructure planning, historic building preservation, animation of public space, financial incentives and project management of special studies and construction projects. Currently, Mark is the principal consultant of Heritagedowntowns.com , which is a planning consultancy specializing downtown revitalization, providing strategies for the rejuvenation and intensification of older commercial and mixed-use residential areas.Currently Mark is working on intensification projects in Toronto, Kitchener, Kingston and Brantford.

ROBIN ETHERINGTON
Cultural Consultant
Robin Etherington has worked for many national and community level cultural organizations over the past 30 years. Her area of consultant specialty at Etherington Consulting Services is management of not-for profit and cultural organizations and has improved the bottom line at many sites through tighter operations, expansive partnerships and maximizing networking opportunities. She has developed tremendous skills in grant writing, social media, youth outreach, marketing, policy writing and implementation, and community facilitation. Skills include developing and implementing fund development (fundraising and revenue generation) strategies; Cultural Resources Management (CRM), and cultural strategic planning.
Alex is a Management Valuation Consultant for commercial real estate with 12 years experience in the industry, both in Canada and internationally. His experience includes serving as a business analyst and consultant to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), where he analyzed and originated investment opportunities and led financial negotiations for new acquisitions. Alex is an invaluable resource to building owners and prospective clients, by analyzing business assets, developing business strategies, initiating strategic organizational planning and creating smart exit solutions. Alex’s area of expertise is to show commercial and apartment real estate owners how to increase the value of their property and make it more profitable, while always looking to improve the quality of housing services for tenants and enhancing a sense of community at each project.
