MARK GLADYSZ

A registered professional planner, Mark Gladysz RPP, OPPI,CAHP has over 35 years of experience in city planning in a variety of municipalities across Ontario. Mark has extensive experience in the areas of land development, policy writing, intensification, urban design, infrastructure planning, historic building preservation, financial incentives and project management of special studies and construction projects. Currently, Mark is the principal consultant of Heritagedowntowns.com , which is a planning consultancy specializing downtown revitalization, providing strategies for the rejuvenation and intensification of older commercial and mixed-use residential areas. Currently Mark is working on intensification projects in Toronto, Kingston and Brantford.

Robin Etherington has worked for many national and community level cultural organizations over the past 30 years. Cynthia Baycetich MCIP RPP has over 15 years of planning experience in both the private and public sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a Master’s degree in Planning from the University of Waterloo. She has worked with GSP Group, as a municipal planner with the County of Brant and was Development Manager for Vicano Construction Limited. Cynthia knew early on the private sector is where her passion is. Cynthia has now offering boutique planning services, confidently project managing and facilitating land use planning applications and development projects with a focus on commercial and industrial developments for a wide variety of clients. Cynthia quickly responds to clients needs, charts the course to approval and offers valuable insight and practical experience to help resolve issues and advance their development plans, keeping clients well informed along the way. She is always mindful of the representation of private interests, takes great pride in keeping clients happy, and getting shovel in the ground in the most efficient manner.

Greg’s life-long fascination with architecture and sustainability has matured through 30 years of professional experience. In this time, he has led a broad range of complex design projects that demonstrate thoughtful design, responsiveness to the environment, and enduring value. Greg was a member of the award winning LGA teams providing key contributions on projects over the years resulting in the OAA Award of Excellence and the Governor General Award of Excellence.
